Newspaper headline reads "Shock: 35 students nabbed with drinks, drugs and
snuff" - and then just under it is an advert for some drink by the name ‘Crescent
Vodka’. Hilarious! This is from Kenya where a few weeks ago the president, Mr.
Uhuru, ordered the pouring of the second generation illicit brew. However, despite the
public efforts to curb drug abuse, seems the media and the advertising agents
are not ready to lose their share of income.
It is not the first time controversial or rather opposing opinions have appeared on a national newspaper. This has also happened on national television on numerous occasions as well.
