WWE Superstar, ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper Dies from Cardiac Arrest

Rowdy, who was 61 years of age, suffered cardiac arrest in his sleep on Thursday. Roddy was considered a wrestling icon - he was one of the biggest stars in the WWE back in the 1980's. He also starred in Wrestlemania in 1985 and was seen on the show taking on Hulk Hogan and Mr. T. The star had a wife and four children. Rowdy was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2006 but recovered in November last year. His family declared that he was cancer free by the time of his death. Fellow superstars took took to the social media to condole with his family. May her R.I.P.
